TERRORISM (PROTECTION OF PREMISES) ACT 2025
Getting ready for Martyn's Law starts with the log.
The Act received Royal Assent in April 2025. Qualifying venues will need to evidence how they identify, record and respond to incidents. That's exactly what E-DOB does today — a documented, timestamped, tamper-evident incident history with a full audit trail. E-DOB is built on the rigorous security practices required for handling incident and evidence data. Our core security architecture includes Multi-cloud environment, a strict Content Security Policy and HSTS, rate limiting on sensitive endpoints, and full audit logging complete with IP tracking and timestamps. We maintain a dedicated security event log and enforce two-factor authentication for all platform administrators. We only use accredited and well known hosting providers such as AWS and Cloudflare. Our platform has regular Pen Testing conducted and security audits performed by our inhouse team. Our core hosted platform services and databases are stored in AWS's EU-West-1 location, within the EU.
