Zapier and Entra ID: automate and authenticate.
Outgoing webhooks fire on incident events, filtered by department — connect them to Zapier and push incidents into Teams, Slack, ticketing, or anywhere else. Microsoft Entra ID SSO lets staff use their work logins, with auto-provisioning mapped from their directory department.
