Files upload in 25MB chunks with support up to 1GB — so a CCTV export gets there even on venue wifi, and a dropped connection resumes rather than restarts. The report can't be submitted until uploads complete, so evidence never silently goes missing.

We store media files in object storage, separated from our core data hosting, and all uploads are regularly scanned for viruses. We utilize Cloudflare R2 Storage to ensure fast, secure file management. Uploaded video plays directly within the browser, eliminating the need for downloads, manual codec management, or re-sending files.
