Trial details
Signing up starts a 14-day free trial with the full platform — every feature, unlimited users, unlimited incidents — and no card is required to begin. Reminder emails go out 5 days and 1 day before the trial ends. If you don't subscribe by then, the account simply stops; you're never charged for a trial you didn't convert.
Choosing a plan
E-DOB is priced per company, not per user, so inviting your whole team doesn't change your bill. Pick monthly or annual billing on your billing page whenever you're ready — both give you the same platform, they only differ in how often you're charged.
Switching between monthly and annual
Annual billing costs the equivalent of ten monthly payments — two months free compared to paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your billing page; the change takes effect from your next billing date.
What happens if a payment fails
Failed payments are retried automatically. If a payment still hasn't gone through, a 3-day grace period applies with email warnings before any suspension — plenty of time to update your card details. Once payment succeeds, your account reactivates automatically with nothing lost.
