Sharing an incident securely with police or an external agency

Police, insurers and other external parties often need to see a specific incident without being given access to your whole system. A share link gives them exactly that — one incident, nothing more, no account required.

From the incident page, generate a share link and choose whether it's one-time (expires after a single view) or multi-view, along with an expiry date. The link is protected by a password made of four memorable words, easy to read aloud or type in over the phone rather than a string of random characters.

You can revoke a share link at any time, immediately cutting off access even if the recipient still has the URL and password.
