While you are creating or editing a report, a related-incidents suggestion can appear, drawing on similar incidents from the past three months. Review the suggestion and confirm the link with one click if it is genuinely related, or dismiss it if it is not.
Once linked, both incidents display a reference to each other, so anyone reviewing either report can see the wider pattern without searching for it manually. If AI does not suggest a match you know exists, you can search for and link an incident yourself from the incident page.
