On the incident form, select the response time in five-minute intervals — close enough for meaningful reporting without demanding second-by-second precision that's rarely available in the moment.
Recorded response times feed directly into the analytics dashboard's response time distribution chart, so you can see performance across an entire period rather than one incident at a time.
