What Quick Report is
Quick Report lets you type what happened in plain language — one sentence is enough — and have it drafted into a structured incident report: type, location, people involved and a written description, all filled in automatically. You review the draft and save it, rather than filling in every field by hand.
Step by step
Type your line. Open Quick Report and describe what happened as you would tell a colleague — for example "medical incident at the west entrance, contractor slipped on wet flooring, first aid given on site".
AI drafts the fields. The relevant incident type, location, people and description are filled in from what you typed.
Review and save. Check the drafted fields against what actually happened, correct anything that needs it, then save. Nothing is submitted until you save it.
If AI gets a field wrong
Every field Quick Report drafts is fully editable before you save — nothing is final until you choose to save it. If the location or incident type isn't quite right, just change it like you would on a normal report. Quick Report is there to save typing, not to remove your review step.
