If your operation already reports on incidents in a spreadsheet, E-DOB can keep that spreadsheet updated automatically instead of someone copying data across by hand.
Connect your Google account from Settings → Integrations → Google Sheets, then choose the spreadsheet and tab to sync to. Column mapping works against your sheet's actual existing headers, so the sync fits into a spreadsheet you already have rather than forcing you to adopt a new layout.
A row is added the moment an incident's status changes to Closed — open incidents aren't synced, keeping the sheet limited to finished, reviewed records.
If you edit a closed incident afterward, the change is reflected the next time that incident syncs — the connection stays live for as long as it's connected and your subscription is active, not a one-time export.
