Every incident report is built from a small set of configurable building blocks. Getting these right for your operation makes every report afterward faster and more consistent.

Departments and venues

Departments represent the teams incidents get routed through; venues represent the physical sites you operate across. Both are managed from Company Administration and can be added, renamed or archived as your operation changes.

Locations

Locations are the specific places within a venue an incident can be tagged to — an entrance, a car park, a specific room. Each location can have an optional custom thumbnail image, useful for large or unfamiliar venues.

Incident type categories

Incident types define what kinds of events your team logs, grouped into categories that match how your operation actually classifies incidents.

Branding

Your company logo can replace the default sidebar branding for your users, so the platform feels like part of your own operation.
