On rare occasions you may experience an issue with the AI Engine and AI powered features on the E-DOB service. Most likely, this is due to Rate Limiting on the AI Service.
AI Service Unavailable
You may see a message that says Too many requests. Please wait a moment and try again.
This is a server side error, and is usually caused by too many requests from a user for the AI service or the AI service is busy. To fix this issue, wait around 2-5 minutes and try again, this usually clears the backlog.
